Well base idle is generally around 750rpm, so 800 is not really that far off.
What do you mean its "idling its head off" ? is it really erratic?

No it sat at about 6.8 @ running temp n pured like a kitten i had to replace the injector system and seems to be iddling very fast now
Almost feels like the choke is stuck on but its not

In that case you likely need to have it calibrated. I always recommend having it calibrated with a scan tool anytime you change the valve or pump.
