How wonderful to see a smiling face. Had “battery” problems
Had “battery” problems & had to be jump started a couple of times. 3 yrs in to a top of the line ACDelco. Decided it was probably alternator. Attempting to jump it off one last time to take it to my brother to take off alternator, it wouldn't jump. Installed new battery. All the electrical stuff works... lights, locks, radio...BUT it won't even pretend to try to turn over. My “crew”, including a couple of mechanics, have varying opinions. Anti-theft. Starter. Solenoid. First, how can we make sure that it isn't the auto-theft system? I don't have a remote & the previous owner somehow disconnected the seatbelt alarm. Please, please advise! … read more
