Removal of Fuse 56 under hood will do no good, as this will shut down everything

If you are sure it is the Alarm triggering the no start
Unlocking the Doors with Remote or Key should DisArm
Also Unlocking Trunk fully should also DisArm Factory Alarm
or
Find the GREEN / YELLOW (-) wire located at Switch in Driver Door
Ground the GREEN / YELLOW (-) wire
this will DisArm the Factory Alarm until the Ground is removed

None of these options will work. We do not have the factory keys or remote. I don't have the option to get into the driver door. There has to be a fuse or code that will disable the alarm permanantly? Please advise... Thank you.

I am sorry you disagree or cannot do the above, as you are "limited" by the Factory Alarm.
Would have been nice to know prior to answer

I try to answer to the point & hope I am not wasting time........

One other way:
50/50

Be sure Battery is "fully" charged

Disconnect Positive Battery Cable
Open Driver Door & LEAVE Open
Turn Ignition Switch On & LEAVE On

Reconnect Positive Battery Cable
Alarm may sound for a couple of seconds

Start vehicle
