Jay :

Hello and thank you for using

Jay :

To change the fuel filter you need a long and short philps head screw driver

Jay :

Loosen top hose clamp and I use hose removal pliers to remove the rubber hose off the filter.

Jay :

Then I unhook it from it's clip and fold it down to get the lower hose clamp with the long screw driver. Then remove the hose the same way as the top.

Jay :

Then re-install in reverse order.

Jay :

If you have any more questions on this, please feel free to ask. Thanks Jay!

I have a couple of more questions.

1. Where is this filter located at?
2. I read from the manual that we have to release the fuel pressure to do this. How do we do this?
Expert:  Jay replied 5 years ago.
It's on the drivers side back by the fire wall. I don't normally release the pressure if the car has been sitting, but to release the pressure just remove the fuel pump fuse and start the engine and let it stall and just turn it over a couple more times.

Thanks Jay!
