Be sure the device you are plugging in works in other vehicles.

It is unusual for ALL the Sockets to be dead, as they are on different Fuses as noted by Fuse Numbers in diagram


If after checking Voltage on "both" sides of the Fuses with Key ON & Fuses check good
Probe the Middle Connector inside each Socket for Voltage +.
Test Outside part of Socket for Ground -

If the Fuses are good & no Voltage + to Center of Sockets, then you will need to "back Probe" the wires by supplying Voltage to the Center wire & test wire back towards the Fuse Panel
