I would suspect the alternator bearings.Nissan has a lot of problems with the alternators.Take it off and spin it by hand,you may be able to feel the roughness in the pulley.Very common problem.You can also take all of the belts off and start the engine just to make sure it is not internal.Hope this helps!Thanks
