If you are certain their are no intake vacuum, exhaust, or pcv leaks. You may need to replace the rear O2 sensor for the code P1273. There is a TSB on this which says you should verify proper operation of the front O2 and "then" replaced the rear if all else checks ok. Since it hesitates on occasion, this problem should be diagnosed first. Fuel filter is in tank and doesn't require replacement.

There are actually 4 o2 sensors on this car when you say rear i can assume you mean bank 1 sensor 3 ? There are 3 bank 1 sensors and 1 bank 2 sensor . Which should i change first i have no way of checking to see which one it is or do I ?

The sensor would be considered bank 1 sensor 2. Without monitoring it's proper function using a scan tool or oscilloscope you can't accurately determine if bank 1 sensor 1 is working properly. You may be money ahead having someone with the correct tools determine if sensor 1 is working correctly.
