All you need is the standard ethylene-glycol (green). Your vehicle does not require special coolant.

You will need to use an exact 50/50 mix. Altima coolant systems don't circulate well, not will your heater put out well, without an exact 50/50 mix. You'll need to make sure that you bleed the system when you're refilling coolant. When was the last time you changed your antifreeze? How many miles on the vehicle?
