I purchased a 2018 QX80 in April of this year. I was having
i was having difficulty with the steering to the point I felt unsafe. After having the vehicle inspected three times, being told it was fine the first two, I was finally told that the frame was bent and cracked and the rear suspension had significant damage. The dealership had no idea how this could happen without the vehicle being in a major accident. They ordered the parts and fixed the truck prior to my insurance company reviewing the damage, but my insurance company did pay for it. I believe this is negligent and in bad faith because I was never in an accident in this vehicle. How do I obtain help in this situation? … read more
