Issue can def be caused by faulty clockspring. Im not seeing the B codes that you listed. It may be discrepency with my service manuals, but please update message with code description when time allows.
Recommend to follow diagnostic procedure for first trouble code to aid in determining if clockspring is faulty. If not seeing input change with scan tool, lets make sure the wiring up to the clockspring is good, replace as needed. Please let me know what I can do to help!
That is def a possibility, as they are so close together. Attaching location diagram of the AT device, or the mode select switch, which receives input from the shifter, and relays that information to the transmission control module. Lets make sure it got plugged back in correctly, and has good terminal connections. Please let me know what I can do to help!
