Cannot get system to take any fluid after replacing master…

Ok, disconnect the hydraulic line at the slave cylinder and see if any fluid comes out when you pump the pedal.

Ok, either you have trash in the line or the rubber part of the hydraulic line has collapsed internally.

Remove the line and blow out with compressed air and then reattach and see if you get fluid.

If not, then the hose has collapsed internally and preventing fluid flow

That is correct. The one connecting the clutch master to slave cylinder. If you have an air compressor, you can blow it out with it still in the vehicle with both ends disconnected.

I just use a needle end on my hose and stick in the end of the line

You usually only have to replace the rubber hose portion of the line and it has disconnect fittings on it to disconnect it from the steel portion of the line.

ok, you should get fluid out of the master with the line disconnected.

If you disconnect the hose from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder and remove the reservoir cap, is any fluid flowing out the end of the hose

You should as long as fluid is getting from the reservoir to the master cylinder. It sounds like you may just have an obstruction in the hose or in the bottom of the reservoir not allowing fluid down to the clutch master cylinder and then from there to the slave cylinder

Try that, and if that doesnt work, I would swap out the master cylinder from where you bought it from for another as it sounds likely to be defective out of the box.
