Ok have you checked the fuses?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No .. I keep reading its diffrent ones to check . What ones and where do I check them for 2004 infinity g35 2004
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It's for a Sedan
Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 5 months ago.

Just checked Manufacturer did not provide any fuse location in the service manual. Only place to check is either under the fuse box cover or the vehicle's owner manual.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Ok I'll look if worse come to word I'll bring to a dealer
Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 5 months ago.

Also check the headlamp relay.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It does not say about any of the fuses .. I believe it's behind the battery .. if the fuse work should unjust replace the relay?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Just not unjust typo
Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 5 months ago.

Yes. Since both went bad at the same time relay is a possibility.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Is that relay behind the battery
Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 5 months ago.

Yes

I found a 2005 fuse and relay location .. I swapped the high beam and low beam relay . High beam still worked low beams did not so obviously relay is fine .. looked the the first 10 amp fuse .. apparently that is the one for the low beams hope the internet is right it look good .. so Ballest or light blind is the last option I guess
Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 5 months ago.

Need to make sure if you have power to the fuse when the switch is turned on. both ballasts or bulbs cannot go bad at the same time.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Hey do I check that
Customer: replied 5 months ago.

Expert:  Gunvir Singh replied 5 months ago.
