This vehicle doesn't have a separate starter relay. The inhibitor relay performs the function of the starter relay as well.
This is a quote directly from the infiniti manual on this car:
"The A/T vehicle has an inhibitor relay that supplies battery voltage to the starter solenoid. The inhibitor relay is located in relay box #2 in the engine compartment behind the driver's headlight. The cover over the relay box may identify the relay as "inhibit"/"clutch interlock". The cover can say clutch interlock which is the relay for the manual transmission equipped vehicles."
