Good morning,

The p0021 code is a timing related trouble code. Sometimes it indicates a problem with the timing chains, sometimes the timing chain tensioners, and sometimes the actuator that controls the timing chains. If the dealer replaced the timing chains and then this code came on I would say it's probably related to the work they did. They may not have gotten it installed correctly.

I can send over the fault tree for the p0021 trouble code if that would help.
