Won't start. Get a no key error
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: I haven't looked at them in a few months but they were okay then
JA: What is the model/year of your Infiniti?
Customer: 2012 G37x
JA: Are you fixing your G37x yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I haven't fixed anything or tried anything other than using the start button. Key seems to be jammed in the slot to the left of steering wheel
