Unfortunately Google have not been cooperative with most people try to remove these reviews. There are some court cases where they are being sued which may give some hope in the future. In this case, because you know who posted the review my suggestion is that you write them a letter saying that you will sue them for defamation unless the review is removd, and possibly get your lawyer to write a letter to this effect. It would even be possible to bring a defamation claim in the District Court because if you have clear knowledge of who posted the review, this would certainly be malicious and would entitle you to damages
