Definitely not missed one payment in the 3 years 3months, $32 500.00 a 19ft Avondale caravan with annex built in front to look like a cottage and not see caravan semi attached to caravan. He breeched the 4 year contract because I broke a small camera hidden in haybarn looking straight at my caravan where I shower and dress he's been watching me i rang the police, before this day he started putting stuff i had in haybarn motor mower, garden tools that are missing every day for a week I'd get up open my curtains and there's more stuff outside my annex wheel barrow, plastic tubs with linen and books stored in there garage, all my household furniture was stored in his container for over 3 years was ordered out of container and gone! I had to give everything I owned away I had no where to store furniture I'm on invalids benefit and couldn't afford lock up storage. He tried to get rid of me doing stupid things like that for a whole week knowing I had no where to store lawn mower etc..I'm also seeking payment for all the rent and costs related to move into rental property and pay $400 per week 1 bedroom flat my point is I shouldn't have to be paying this when I almost own my mobile home with annex plus winz would like there money back for bond and rent in advance that I'm having to pay back each fortnight I'm now retired and on pension can't afford expensive lawyers like he has, I truely believe he wanted me gone and don't believe he ever intended to let me move away with my caravan. He controls his whole family. I seek damages for the break down i had and still on medication because of this, I have photos and papers from his lawyer instructing me not to have family or friends onto his property or he'll tresspass them he was demanding i hire removal company to pack up all my clothes food etc..I refused I didn't have enough money for that living rural on farm nor did I want stranger's packing my underwear when I had family ready to move everything into storage unit and I had what I needed in the caravan and annex. I worked hard on the farm for nothing and did 4 hours housekeeping @ $25.00 per hour but still waiting on any pay money at all for two years I was to scared of upsetting him or head kick me out which ended up happening anyway. I can't upload or down load stuff on internet to be able to send you. Only other option i have is go out there and get arrested for breech of tresspass notice and get arrested for it then when I go to court all this will come out and hopefully the judge will deal with him and foolish antics, just because he's rich he hasn't got the right to do this to me, there's been 3 police call outs over this matter and he was warned by police highly illegal to have me working on his property and not allowed friends or family on his property, he's married and his wife was very insecure with me because I'm slim build and can wear shorts etc..she's a large woman so jealousy comes into this aswell, I had to buy longer legged shorts and no more tank tops because of him perving. I want what's mine and the caravan is to be registered and warranty because I've not been allowed there to do the up keep caravans need before winter it's been a year since I seen my home. I can't afford a lawyers fees but am happy if he's made to pay all expenses regarding this matter winz to get bond and rent advance which I'm paying back all this has caused my health to decline and no savings left because I live in the red every week when I shouldn't be paying anything. There's only $5,000 left owing on a contract which amounted to $32,500.00 way to much not to fight for it. I should be living down Cromwell with my daughter and grandchildren with caravan and annex on her property. Hopefully you'll understand all this, the tresspass notice is because I broke the camera that he was watching me on. I will go and get arrested if you can't help me fight this I'll be appointed a lawyer by the judge and it'll be lucky to be dealt with this year at courts snail pace. This will give you some reading at work today chris thanks I do appreciate it if you can advise me or see me to get copies of contract and photos I took of him leaving stuff outside my front door knowing I never had any room to store it, motor mower is broken because it got wet under my caravan. He's cost me all my furniture 3 bedroom house lit of furniture which I took pictures of incase I decided to sell any off to pay money back sooner but I wouldn't because I felt I was led into a false sense of security and I want my home back.
