I have a rental property which is now 8 weeks behind in rent. I've issued a 14 day rent arrears notice which was required to rectified last Saturday 8 September and this has failed. I also believe the property has been abandoned and issued a 24 hour notice on the door saying I am gaining entry on the grounds of rent overdue by more than two weeks and neighbours confirmation that no one was staying there as well as going to the property at different times over the last two weeks to find it closed down.
