From the beginning, Approximately 4 weeks ago at mt place of work being NZ SAFETY BLACKWOODS Rotorua, I was the temp supervisor due to the COVID Virus situation. I called a meeting at 8.10am with the 2 staff members, The staff member whom created this problem, Ken Howell, objects to the meeting and verbally abuses me by swearing alot at me in front of the witness Bo Smith. Nothing to my knowledge was done by management meaning no apology and if there was a reprimand I never got told of any action taken. Then 3 weeks ago i rode a motorised Chilly bin in my time at work all of about 15 minutes which I am in the process of being reprimanded. During this period we received notification that due to the COVID scenario, they were re-structuring and I would have to re-apply for my job, after 10 1/2 years service with the company. Then for unknown reason which to me is a tactic the company has got in TDDA Drug Detection agency and breath tested with me giving a reading of 140 mcg alcohol. I accept it was over the company boundary of 100 mcg> To me this looks like this company is trying to avoid their responsibilty to the employee basically looking for a way out of paying what the employee is entitled to. Long service 10 years 9 months service. My question after all this is what grounds do i have legally and if any what am I entitled to
