Please give me a minute to read your questionDocuments filed in court have some protection although there are limits, as you will be aware. So as you note, deliberate lies can be perjury which is a criminal offence. Any affidavits which are abusive can be challenged as irrelevant and abuse of the court process. Your lawyer can challenge any lies, and object to any abusive material and have those affidavits removed from the record.
