Please give me a minute to read your questionThe best you can do in this situation would be to start a personal grievance over the change to instalments. That would take time to be heard and by then you would have received the money. You may get some additional payment for damages but it won’t help with you need for money now. The best I can suggest is that you tell your employer you are unhappy with this and that unless they pay out now you will bring a personal grievance and see if they agree to pay earlier
