We've recently had an extension done on our house and moved
We've recently had an extension done on our house and moved in Dec 20th last year. The company that built it, made a mistake with the shower floor so it wasn't completed. So since then we've been trying to get it done. The contract was for a fixed price and as far as we were aware there had been no discrepancies throughout the build however, 9 months later we received an email saying we owed $8,000.00 due to a variation with the earthworks & drainage at the beginning of the project.
