Employment law:: My employer is about to disestablish my
My employer is about to disestablish my role. She send a letter a scheduled a meeting. In her letter she described that she never planned to employ me, I was only a finance strategy for selling her business. As it hasn´t worked out, she is willing to kick me out. I am a German migrant on an essential skill work visa. Immigration NZ advised me, that her intensions were not frank declared and that this is a case of migrant exploitation. Therefore I filed my case at police and got an acknowlegde form via email. In case of the employment law I check the goverment website and understand that a disestablishing of a role is only a measure for company in crisis and not for my boss, who confirmed in his letter how successful her business is. Further I recognised that the disestablishing stands only in several cases on the employers side. But I could not find the reason " my finance strategy to employ a German migrant has not work out." … read more

My Name is William. My role at work has been disestablished which has been confirmed after consultation with a formal letter.
