The Police have just assessed an incident which I found had
The Police have just assessed an incident which I found had happened to my home over Easter, a pellet fired thru my kitchen window. I am one of thre flats, the middle and the tenant since he moved in 5-6 years ago has disliked me and harasses me whenever he can. I have had to avoid him at all cost. I know this damage was intended by this tenant but have no proof. The Police told me years ago to get CCTV Camera's which I did 4 at a cost of $5000. Nothing shows on the Camera as far as I can see. Bullets must be too fast and small to pick up and the glass did not fall out. On the Camera 's which have audio as well a motor mower was deployed at the time of this incident it looks like and so no incident noise has been heard. This could have killed my daughter or myself and it took me persuation to even get the Police to come and view the bullet hole. He tok one look at it said it looks like a pellet incident and wrote it up back at the office as Wilful damage. My insurance Company say my excess will be $500 the repair will be between $500 and $800 and I am older and chronically ill , an invalids beneficiary. The Police have a long long list of this guys attacks on me including trying to run me over in the street, in my car and in the driveway. I have never had one conversation with this guy, he does not know me and he is harassing me at every second he can. The Police have a 10 page document as does the Council - head of anti social behaviour. I add to the file at every incident and I never get a reply or an investigation and this guy gets away with everything he finds to do to cause damage to my property or to me. He has been in jail, attempted murder of an ex girl friend, I read on the internet about two years after his parents bought him his flat next door. The parents protect him complete ly. He is dangerous to me, I often feel unsafe and why should he get away with this? I have had a thourough look outside for the pellet but nothing to find and he doesn't seem to have retrieved it or he would be on my camera. I did read on the net that these pelets can sometimes discintegrate on impact. I will get the window fixed at my cost and he wil find more to do / cost me. What should I do please as I don't wish im to get away with any of these things? Thank you. Lyn … read more

Tell me if this meeting is valid please.: Google "Probus"
Google "Probus" "Glendowie" and "Special General Meeting" then tell me if it is invalid for reason of "short notice" which the majority of all Members excused. The 11 Members who did not attend the SGM and were deemed allegedly disadvantaged by the late notice, were contacted afterwards and all waived the notice. Nevertheless the original objector is adamant that the only course of action is to rerun the SGM. I perceive that our Members do not have an appetite for this. So Is there legal precedent to avoid this, and hopefully satisfy the objector? … read more
