Please give me a few minutes to read your questionDivorce in New Zealand is a no fault system so adultary is not grounds for divorce. Property issues are decided under equal sharing of all relationship property and children will need to be considered with a parenting agreement or court order. I think New Zealand law would easier than US Law as the costs are much lower and the children are under New Zealand law anyway
