I have applied for SMC in Oct 2019 I have been allocated Case officer now and she has asked to provide police clearance certificate from Kuwait. Where I worked for 2 years and left country in August 2015 and got 1 pcc from them in December 2014. When I applied for SMC in Oct 2019 I filled statuary declaration stating I can not get PCC from kuwait as we don't have any known person there who can act on my behalf. They have accepted my application that time and now Case officer asking same thing again now. And it's not possible to get. Only 2 ways to get it.
