I don’t believe it would be possible to prosecute this because your sister cannot give evidence of the assault and in any event, this does not seem to be relevant. The only evidence of the assault is hearsay and cannot be used against you. If you refuse to answer any accusation put to you in cross examination on the grounds this is not only irrelevant but may lead to self incrimination you can do this. But you would not go to jail for this as even if they prosecuted the sentence would be diversion or at the worst, a fine of a few hundred dollars
