We signed the contract with the landlord, but the landlord's dad live with us on the ground floor. Last month, the landlord's mum and dad asked two strangers into our house to bring one gambling table into her dad's room without our permission. I bought an accessory for my rifle online in the USA last
Greetings I bought an accessory for my rifle online in the USA last week. A friend is travelling down from Seattle and will bring it with her - I hope. For her assurance I ran the item by customs. I believe Customs have wrongly categorised my item, which is a mounting base for a scope. It does not fit the definition of a gun part '- as described in the Arms act (link attached) specifically the Section 2 referred to by the officer. I can send brief correspondence if you want. But by practical and literal interpretation of the written act, I should be to have this item, unencumbered by any need for an "import permit" Do you agree. That is my question to you. Many thanks.
