I have been trying without success with Westpac to have those authorities reinstated. Westpac say that both Sky TV and Spark need NEW AUTHORISATION CODES. When I spoke to Sky yet again, they do not know or have heard of this. They simply need only our bank account number from which the funds will be debited, which I have given them.
