A month ago my tenant contacted me and advised water running
hi a month ago my tenant contacted me and advised water running down a wall inside the house which required emergency repairs and access to the house. I went all the way down from Auckland to Kawerau but she refused to let me into the house, with the excuse she was sleeping at 15:00 with he two year old kid. The next day i went back to the house and agin she die not open the door but advised 3 hours later she was sleeping with a hangover. So I went all the way back to Auckland without effecting repairs. Yesterday she contacted me again, that water comes through the ceiling in the bathroom. I requested he, to advise me, that she would provide me with access to the house when I come down from Auckland, otherwise I would evict her. She does not provide me with an answer and refuses to take a call.
