ive been asked to vacate from the unit ive rented for nearly 4and a half years, is the angency obligated too re locate my son and myself to another property?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state the property is in?
Customer: good but needs new carpet and paint job

Customer: they wont give details at this time

Unfortunately the only obligations on the landlord and the rental manager, are to give you proper notice. If this is just because they want to replace you as a tenant, they must give you 90 days notice. If they want the unit vacant because they have sold the property, they can give you 42 days notice. But they have no obligation to provide a replacement property under the Residential Tenancies Act.
