Customer Question

Hi my sister in law driving a car that is owned by us. And she promised to buy it off from us when she takes the car over, but almost two years after that she is still not buying if off from us and we are still paying the car finance monthly. I just want to know do we have the right to report the car stolen from her and get the car back?

Or is there any other way to have the car taken back from her?

If you own the car and are still paying for this, and sher has not contributed, you should tell het the deal to sell is cancelled as she has not paid you, and you are then entitled to repossess the car. You can do this yourself or get a repossession company to do this for you
