If somebody coming on tourist visa in NZ and she is pregnant and delivers baby there on tourist visa.Is there any method to get baby citizenship of NZ.

Under the Citizenship Act you cannot get citizenship by being born here unless one of the parents is a New Zealand citizen. The child will need to apply the same as any other immigrant and has no special status because it was born here

Please suggest us some other way out for that baby citizenship....some other method....cause parents don't need anything else baby's citizenship... Please do guide ....

There is no fast track. I am sorry but she has to stay for 5 years as a permanent resident and then apply

No if she or her husband apply for resident visa or some other visa like work visa......will his employer help him in getting this....
