Here is what happened....
Just after 10pm Chris returned home from countdown, he was really angry. I asked him what was wrong and he said “my family that’s what, they are abusing the shit out of u on fb” then he went back outside. I grabbed my phone to have a look what he was going on about. Sure enough his brother Kayne and his sister Emma where making verbal assaults about me on a post that chris’s sister Haylee’s ex partner posted now Emma's current partner (Scott).
I then got my shoes on to go outside to talk to him and calm him down, he was just about to get in the car, I asked him “what are you doing?” he replied “im going to go see that 2faced fat c**t”.
I said “ come on then” and got in the car. I was only going to make sure he didn’t do anything stupid that could effect his current custody issues he’s having like hit her through anger and not self defense.
We arrived at *************** Road which is Scott and Emma’s house, Scott was standing up on the deck, Emma was already making her way down the drive way. We parked on the road side of the driveway, technically not inside their premises.
I stayed in the car, Chris got out and he and Emma had a heated argument of word exchange only at this point. I start to tell Chris to get back into the car the same time Scott makes his way down the drive to where we all are. At this time Chris gets back into the car and Emma is still be very hostile and begins her verbal assault towards me, as she turns to walk away.
Chris yells at to her “why don’t you come and say it to her face?” Emma turns back around and be lines straight for my side of the vehicle and rips open my car door, and because she was showing so much aggression towards myself I took off my belt and got out the car and moved to the side where I was out of harms way in case Emma decided to use the car door as a weapon to harm me. I stood there and did not say anything in return to what Emma is verbally abusing me with, I make sure that I don’t show any type of aggressive behavior because she is so much bigger than me I was afraid of what she could and would do to me.
She takes a step closes towards me, the next minute I see Scott standing behind Emma off to the side and also Chris rounding the back of the car, Chris grabs hold of Emma’s shoulder and pulls her away from me to get a bit of space between her and I and that is when Emma turns towards Chris and tries to attack and punch him around his head, Scott and I move towards the both of them at the same time, to separate them. Once Scott finally gets Emma to stop hitting Chris, I go to get back into the car when all I here is Emma saying “ here bitch whore just coz I want to” I didn’t have time to react from her saying that to the blind shot she delivered across the left side of my face, then proceed to shove me hard and I lost my footing and fell to the ground, landing in an awkward position cause pain in the left kidney from the kidney stones I have been having issues with, I went to turn into fetal position went to stand up went to she kick me in the abdomen but moved and emma got me top of the left thigh. I am unsure what happen directly after this regarding what happened between Chris, Emma, Scott. My main focus was the shape pain radiating through me and getting into the car to call police.
I get back into the car, get my mobile phone and ring 111, Chris is now back in the car also and both Emma and Scott are aware that I am talking to the police.
No police unit showed up, however just after 1am police did show up but to arrest Chris, apparently Emma also rang the police but said that Chris tried to attack her using an axe, we don’t have an axe, police searched our car, garage and property and side not recover anything remotely look like an axe or anything else yet they still arrested him.As of this morning I got a call from the investigating officer saying that the 2 files went higher up and due to 4 different statements they have decided to drop the charges against Chris and issue warning to Chris and another warning to Emma for what she did to me

I have bruises and marks from her attack, she stated that she has no marks from when Chris defended himself and hit her back, I also have screenshots from Facebook comments with Emma stating she wanted to give me a good slap around not even an hour prior to it happening, not to mention the call I made too 111 was made before leaving their premises which was well before the call Emma made. It will also show that if they where to compare that report made to 111, the report I had to make again on Sunday afternoon and then the statement I had to go into the station at 11:30pm on Monday night will all be the sameNo mediation won't do any good, not with Chris's family

Anyway I have nothing to do with his family at best I stay well away if I can because of all the issues and hassles they have caused me over the last 2 years Chris and I have been together. It's childish and I won't but put myself down to their level, but when they start to get physical that's a different story
