Employer insurance offers Loos of earnings/total disability on group insurance. Employee takes voluntary retrenchment coz of a health issue not revealed to employer. employee makes a claim to insurance based on that health issue not a condition to group insurance 3 days after retrenchment as covered for -+45 post employment. Insurance refuses to pay.
