Is my appurtenant easement specific to my land ?
Can a new subdivided block adjoining my easement claim my easement as a new easement for his use ?

Easements continue on from the original lots on the plan, to any new lots created by way of subdivision from that original lot, unless they are specifically surrendered. So the easement would be on the title to the new lots and therefore mean the owners of the new lots can use the easement
