Good morning
The client my friend picked up was a crook. He didn't kn0w this at the time. The client is the boss that got caught doing fraud in the viva world cup. My friend wanted his money and told the client to send any way he wished so long as he sent. He did not realize it was this way till after it was sent. The client was hoping to sneak under the brazilian radar. After every thing that went wrong with the client over in the philippians, the client went home after the two trails.. My friend was bet up badly over there and every thing stolen of him. We think it might have been the client paying some one of as my friend gave him a good hiding and that was what the first trail was about.The second was to stop the client from taking the art out of the country till he paid. But that didn't happen and he got to take them out of the country. Which put a lot more strain on my friend. By that time we could not raise money to get my friend out of there and to New Zealand. So he went to the embassy and they flew him back home to england. In the mean time the client ended up prison for fraud. So he was trying to keep under the radar in his country. for what reasons i have no idea. But my friend made a mistake taking this one on. I am trying to convince my friend to get hold of his lawyer and find a way to secure the money. Fro what i understand my friend is very sick still and can not work. This was his income and now he has none and his bills etc increase.

This could be the reasons he does not go back to his lawyer. or he has done so and not got a answer he needs.But the situation is getting bad and i am hoping to get answers so at least i can help him a little more. He will not tell me how sick he really is. Just how bad the situation is getting over there in england. Is there any way to secure the money? and no it is not a new zealand courier.. trans asia courier is a egyptian courier.. probably based in brazil as well

We have tried to raise the total, but are still short and the courier will not help us out. They said they will claim the package if we do not send money soon.thanks but i am struggling for money.. so have no opition but this way.

Sounds like it doesn't it! i have known my friend for four years. This is the first headache we have had.

ok that is good to know. I skype with him and video call some times with him. Have not video called for ages as he does not wish too. So i know he is real up to philippians. Sounds like not much i can do from this end. Will have to leave it up to him by the sounds of it. Thanks for your time any way.

I just presumed it was because of the beating he got over in the philippians. They broke ribs and he had stitches, etc. But i will pull out as much as possible and let him sort the problem. If he is genuine then he will get it sorted.thanks for your time. Didn't deal with the problem.. but will think about the other info.
