I am really needing your advice regarding us getting free
I am really needing your advice regarding us getting free from a rental agreement we made with Quinovic for 12 months which is ending (15th January 2023)We have been facing a really hard time getting stuck and would like to check if there is an option we can successfully come out of this, please--> The rental payments have never been consistent all this year and they usually don't come back until I ask them (I did this at least 4-5 times alone this year) --> We were excessively charged just for arranging to give a quote (Which is usually done free of cost by any contractors these days). --> I always ask them to get any issue fixed. But what they do is they charge for a quote and then they fix it separately. They charge again on top of it for both invoices. --> A recent example was replacing a couple of bulbs at the property cost us about $300 NZD --> I really feel it is unfair to get us locked into this agreement as they from their end are also not being compliant with the services that they are supposed to provide. --> Quinovoc say the loss of management fees from the date of changeover until the end of the tenancy (15th January 2023) is payable to Quinovic.
