My grandaughters care giver is speaking about the other

Customer Question

my grandaughters care giver is speaking about the other childrens families and children to myself and my daughter and recently we have found out thru another mother that our grandaughters issues have been discussed with this other mother, is this breaking the law?I feel very uncomfortable about this disclosure.

It can be a breach of the child's rights of privacy, and this can be used to complain to the Privacy Commissioner if you think this should be investigated and if the child may be harmed by the discussions
