The cost is a little hard to estimate, but it depends on how hard they contest this. So it would likely start around $2000 to get a claim filed, but since its quite likely the legacy will be increased that may be seen as a good investment. The costs can get a lot more if there is a court hearing but most of these cases settle, as the principles are well established
