I work for a crown entity and have had employment problems
I work for a crown entity and have had employment problems for two years due to a restructuring. I continued to work, but poor management, rather than anything associated with me meant that over time I got less and less work. Things like PDP conversations etc didn't happen, (again poor management), led me to being increasingly isolated from my managers to such a degree I (and two others who were also previously good performers) were declared not performing. I ultimately ended up putting in a formal complaint of covert bullying (other things happened) in December 19 this concluded in September 2020 and whilst there were many partially provens.. ultimately the investigator said bullying didn't happen although there was misconduct which the group manager has apologised for along with the hurt. Whilst I think the investigation was shallow and a whitewash, I am seeking legal expenses and a payment for hurt. The organisation has offer a WP settlement if I wanted to leave that includes these things, but not if I don't. I think this is extremely unfair and would obviously like both and to continue working.
