My daughter passed away 2 years ago leaving 4 children. 14

Customer Question

Good Morning
My daughter passed away 2 years ago leaving 4 young children.
14 months ago they were placed in my middle daughters care, the father uplifted them last week and 3 days later had his car impounded for driving with no license. There has been alot of erratic behavior on his part, and is looking at taking them again tomorrow as they came back to my daughter last week. In the early days I documented a few concerns with a social worker which resulted in him stopping me seeing the children hence having to get a parenting order which is fortnightly. The question is do I get a say as a Nan out of the timeframe of the order.
thank you

I will ask that the question be made confidential. But yes, especially since you have contact, you should have some voice in future decisions. But I suspect this needs to go to the Family Court and a judge give some directions. Your views will be important to the court
