Is DIC a criminal offence. I had one in 2005 at the lower end of offending. I am a retired lady and travel the world with my partner. I have never declared it on an entry card on my partners advice. Please advise.

This is regarded as a traffic offence by most countries and you don't have to declare this. Canada is an exception although this won't stop you getting a visa
