I had a verbal agreement to buy an apartment yesterday at $325000 advertised priced on Trade me and i offer the price. We had verbal agreement on phone and i sent an email to confirm with sale and purchase to be drawn up on Thursday 6/8/15. Now he said he wants to wait 2 more weeks and get higher price.
What can I do?

Under the Property Law Act, you must have an agreement in writing before a sale is binding. Unfortunately he has taken advantage of this, and until you have a signed contract, you do not have a remedy. You need to get this signed up before you can force anything.
