Customer Question

If this is a lease which is going month to month, then there are two possibilities. You may be operating on an existing written lease which has expired as to the term, but may still apply as to other terms and conditions. The lease would then state how notice should be given for a rental increase. If you are just operating on a verbal agreement, then a month's notice would be the correct position.
