I have received a bad review via no cowboys that I believe is very incorrect . it has had a very negative impact on my business and have asked the person to reconsider which they have ignored. Need to know my options and what can be done.

That site permits you to have a response to replies. Have you taken the opportunity to reply? Another option would be to ask happy customers to add comments as well. If you think the comments are defamatory you could have the option of suing, but that is expensive and may not be an option for you. You would have to prove malice, as honest opinion is not defamatory so you would need to consider this as well.
