Chris The Lawyer : Under New Zealand law the only ground to dissolve a marriage is that you have been separated for two years. You can of course leave your his and whenever you want, and this starts the two years apart.
Chris The Lawyer : If you want to seek maintenance and property then if you are in Thialand you will need to use the Thai courts. The New Zealand family court does not have power over property and income overseas
