I don't even know where to start........ I left a 23 year
I left a 23 year relationship in Australia that involves a house, everything in joint accounts, two children aged 20 and 17 years old and animals.. I hit rock bottom and needed out of a dead relationship as I couldn't function.. I took all my long service leave I had earned over the years and came home to Nz to recover... thus was one month before Nz went into lock down... I stayed with my patients until my money ran low and then hen had to seek employment...... after a lot of healing and trying to mend a broken relationship from abroad I decided that it wasn't going to work and ended the relationship and gave resignation to a full time position in Australia.... I am living in Nz fit now and my X is stating I left and the house everything is his....I havnt sent money back to help as I have been paying my own way since I landed in Nz..... I have given my kids money when I could and he is stating I should be paying maintenance... before I left Australia I paid all my daughters school fees formal tickets etc so get her through year 12.. she doesn't live at home anymore and my son that live at home is working full time... I don't know even where to start or whom can help.. I live in Nelson … read more
