I work for a crown entity and have had employment problems
I work for a crown entity and have had employment problems for two years due to a restructuring. I continued to work, but poor management, rather than anything associated with me meant that over time I got less and less work. Things like PDP conversations etc didn't happen, (again poor management), led me to being increasingly isolated from my managers to such a degree I (and two others who were also previously good performers) were declared not performing. Whilst I think the investigation was shallow and a whitewash, I am seeking legal expenses and a payment for hurt. The organisation has offer a WP settlement if I wanted to leave that includes these things, but not if I don't. I think this is extremely unfair and would obviously like both and to continue working. What are your thoughts? … read more
