My father past 4 months ago and his will stated that myself and my brother whois overseas are the trustees the benefcery is my 10 year old son. My brother has contesed the will and wants half he never came to either my Mum or Dads funeral only flew to NZ for reading of the will whcih I did not want as was planing a funeral the will is with Tustees excutives and if I move to probate can I get him taken off as a trustee we have not heard from his solicter in over 3 mobnths and they did a search for a another will as my brother said there was another which I knew was not and this has been confirmed no other will only from the turstees not his solicter they are saying at offering him 10% of the estate of gor thirds I do not want this my parents wanted my son to be set when he is 25 years old and the house needs alot of repairs and is sitting empty and I am having to pay power and insurance at the moment … read more
